My name is Dan McKim (Daniel, Dan, whichever is fine, just not Danny … no disrespect to the Danny folk out there, it just doesn’t fit me … like my high school clothes).
I’m so glad you found your way to my site! You see, there are a few things I’m passionate about:
1. My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! I hope you'll scroll down and read more about this in my TRUE VICTORY section!
2. My family! My amazing wife and I have five boys, so, when you support this company, you're helping me feed them .. in that case, better buy two shirts!
3. Training! If you boil it down, I’m a meathead who loves lifting weights and snacking along the way! I spent 13 years throwing post-collegiately in the Scottish Highland Games, so throwing will always be in the very fabric of me (Big and Tall fabric, of course), but the love of lifting has stayed with me for most of my life!

True Victory
As great as it is to crush a new PR or scarf down that new snack, there’s something even greater that impacts more than your weight room or snack room prowess - it’s True Victory! This victory is eternal life through Jesus Christ. Attaining true victory can be found through the ABC's (no, not the song, but it’s just as simple)!
A: Admit
"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."
Romans 3:23
First, you must ADMIT that you're a sinner. If you’re not sure what that is, it simply means you’ve done wrong, or gone against God’s directions (found in the Bible). You see, you’re not alone - we've all sinned, no one (except Jesus) has lived a perfect life. Because of this, we can't make it to heaven, and deserve to spend eternity in hell.
We have to ADMIT that we can't make it alone. ADMIT that you need Jesus.
B: Believe
"For God so loved the world, that he sent his one and only Son, that whosoever believes in Him will not perish, but have everlasting life."
John 3:16.
Next, you must believe that Jesus died on the cross for everyone.
He loves you so much that He died and rose again so that we might live
forever in heaven. He took our sin and shame on His shoulders, becoming the sacrifice … again, because HE LOVES YOU!
BELIEVE that Jesus died and rose from the dead for you.
C: Commit
"That if you confess with your mouth, Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved."
Romans 10:9
Lastly, you must commit your life to Jesus. Pray and ask Jesus to come and live in your heart.
You cannot make it into heaven on your own, but by COMMITTING your life to Jesus and asking
Him to save you from your sin, you can spend eternity with Him. If you'd like to ask Jesus into your heart, simply pray something like this:
Jesus, I know I’m a sinner, and I'm sorry. Please forgive me and come into my heart. Take control of my life. I know only You can save me, and I commit my life to You. Amen.
