Simplicity at it's finest

Being a coach and athlete in the Sport of WL for 10 years, it was nice to get a fresh perspective with some basics. Being older and wanting to shift away from WL sport. Also, it isn't always easy to get out of your own way and program for yourself. This program serves as a reset and has all you need to refocus.
